Daniele Luchetti
Born in Rome, in 1960. He is a multi-awarded director and screenwriter. He studied Literature and the History of Art and attended the Gaumont Film School. His feature debut, It’s Happening Tomorrow (1988), received a special Caméra d’Or commendation at Cannes, and was selected Best Debut Film at David di Donatello Awards. The feature films he directed include The Yes Man (1991) (in competition at Cannes), Arriva la bufera (1993), La scuola (1995, David di Donatello for Best Film). Mio fratello è figlio unico, (2007, premiered at Cannes Un Certain Regard), La nostra vita (2010) which won the Best Actor Award at Cannes,).
