As young boss Rodrigo prepares to take control of the family farm, he urgently needs an experienced worker to collect the harvest in the field. A worker who has worked with them for many years proposes his son Carlos. Carlos, who left his wife and newborn baby behind and started to work, is also preparing for the horse race that he plans to participate in. The film examines the ups and downs between the young boss and worker, as well as their spouses. To what extent will this network of relations determined by economic and social contradictions allow mutual trust and friendship? Director Manuel Nieto Zas successfully uses the location as well as the character in this contemporary issue of class and conscience.
