You All & I Alone

Deniz is a well loved and respected scholar. During a city wide power cut in Istanbul, Deniz’s apartment has electricity. Deniz feels lucky at first, but as the blackout continues he starts to feel alienated.

Barış Kefeli

Barış Kefeli was born in 1988, in Istanbul. After studying advertisement in college, he started working as a copywriter. He moved to Los Angeles to study at UCLA in 2013. In 2015, he filmed his first short Family Business. In 2017, he moved back to Istanbul. In 2018, he shot his second short film The Day After. Since 2017, he has been working as a commercial and music video director.



Nükhet Taneri

Nükhet Taneri was born in Istanbul, in 1989. After getting her Industrial Engineering degree, she moved to Los Angeles to study film. She finished UCLA’s cinematography and directing programs and filmed her first short Bon Voyage. She moved back to Turkey in 2017. She has been working as an assistant director.
