The Sheep

Bekir makes a living by selling sacrificial sheep in his makeshift hut stuck among the plazas in İstanbul. One of the sheep that he has sold disappears. He has only two days to find the sheep or return the money.

Benhür Bolhava

Born in 1990, in Batman. He graduated from Istanbul Arel University Cinema Department. The short film script he wrote in 2017 was awarded the Best Screenplay by Akbank Sanat. His first short film Finish, which he wrote and directed, was awarded Short Film Production Support by T. C. Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Cinema. After completing Finish, which was screened at various national and international festivals, he was chosen to receive support from the ministry of culture with his second short film The Sheep. He was accepted to the Akbank Short Film Script Workshop with his last project The Sheep.
