Stormers

On the Storm tells a story about the changes that occur in two people’s lives upon the arrival of a third person to their home. We see how games played by this couple in their home create a space to flourish their relationship but at the same time shield them from reality. The newcomer changes the rules of this game-space and forces all three of them to construct a new way to relate to one another.

Esme Madra

Born in 1987, in Istanbul. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts College. She acted in different theater plays and films that received several awards at international film festivals, and also critically acclaimed TV series  such as Çoğunluk, Zenne, Nefesim Kesilene Kadar, Rüzgârda Salınan Nilüfer, Tuzdan Kaide, Bir Başkadır, Ama. Her previous short films have been shown at film festivals and digital platforms. She continues acting and directing short films.
