Memoirs Of A Physcian

Memoirs of a Physician is a documentary about the life and work of Besim Ömer (Akalın) Pasha, a gynaecologist and obstetrician who contributed to the modernization of Turkish medicine and lives of women during the transition period from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic of Turkey. 

Biket İlhan

Biket İlhan was born in Izmir. She graduated from Gazi University, Department of English Language. She worked as an English teacher for thirteen years. She started her film career as an assistant director in 1981. She has worked as a director in 14 projects including feature films, TV series and documentaries. In 1991, she established Sinevizyon Film Ltd. Company. She has also co-produced films with producers from foreign countries.
