Golden Orange's Support For Cinema Continues To Increase
The 61st International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival continues to increase its support for cinema. The festival aims to support new productions with cash awards in many categories in national and international competitions.
The International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, Turkey's longest-established film festival, continues to support Turkish and world cinema in its 61st year. This year, the festival will present awards in different categories in the National Feature Competition, National Documentary Competition, National Short Film Competition, International Feature Competition and Forum sections.
At the 61st Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, 14 cash prizes will be awarded in the National Feature Competition section. The jury will award 1.5 million TL to the Best Film and 300 thousand TL to the Best Director. The winner of the Dr. Avni Tolunay Special Jury Award will be awarded 200 thousand TL, while the winner of the Behlül Dal Best First Film Award will receive 200 thousand TL.
61st International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival National Feature Competition awards are as follows:
In the National Competition, the Best Documentary Film will receive 150 thousand TL, while the winner of the Special Jury Award for Documentary Competition will receive 100 thousand TL. The Best Short Film in the National Competition will receive 100 thousand TL, while the winner of the Short Film Jury Special Award will receive 50 thousand TL. In the International Feature Competition, the Best Film will be awarded 300 thousand TL and the Best Director 150 thousand TL. The festival will take place on October 5-12.
