STRONG SUPPORT FOR CINEMA FROM GOLDEN ORANGE THIS YEAR AGAIN!
The 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival continues to make significant contributions to filmmakers through the Film Schools Student Film Competition and Film Forum. This year, the festival aims to contribute to Turkish cinema with a total support of 9 million TRY.
Turkey's most established film event, the Antalya International Golden Orange Film Festival, will take place this year from 24 October to 2 November 2025. The Student Film Competition and Film Forum, part of the festival's Cinema Schools programme, will offer filmmakers significant support for the future.
The festival continues to support filmmakers this year. The Best Film award in the National Feature Film Competition, which was set at 1.5 million TRY last year, has been set at 3.5 million TRY this year. Film Forum, meanwhile, will contribute a total of 1.1 million TRY.
The Best Documentary Film in the National Documentary Film Competition will receive 250,000 TRY, and the Best Short Film in the National Short Film Competition will receive 200,000 TRY. The Best Film in the International Feature Film Competition will receive 400,000 TRY, and the director will receive 200,000 TRY.

At the 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, productions that win awards in all categories will also be honoured with a Golden Orange statuette. A total of 14 awards will be presented in the National Feature Film Competition. Applications for the festival will be accepted until 22 August for national competitions, 12 September for the Film School Student Film Competition, and 22 September for Film Forum platforms.
While entries for the competition selections must have premiered in Turkey, the International Feature Film Competition is formed by invitation.
