Applications for the National Competitions at the Antalya International Golden Orange Film Festival have closed!

The 62nd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival will take place between October 24 and November 2, 2025. Submissions for the national competition categories closed on Friday, 22 August 2025.

A total of 352 films were submitted this year to the National Feature Film, National Short Film, and National Documentary Film competitions, which opened on Monday, July 14, 2025. The total number of submissions last year was 267.

Great Interest in National Competitions at Golden Orange Film Festival

At Turkey's most established cinema event, the Antalya International Golden Orange Film Festival, 49 feature-length films were submitted to the National Feature Film Competition, while a total of 233 entries were registered for the National Short Film Competition. This year, a total of 74 films were submitted to the National Documentary Film Competition category. Films competing in the festival's national selections must have had their first screening in Turkey. This year, the International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, which will contribute 9 million TRY to Turkish cinema, will announce its national selections on Friday, 5 September 2025.

Applications for the Student Film Competition, to be held within the scope of the festival, will be accepted until September 12, while applications for the Film Forum platforms will be accepted until September 22. The awards for the Antalya International Golden Orange Film Festival will be announced at the closing ceremony on Saturday, 1 November 2025.
