“Obsessions” Writer Laurent Baffie Will Also Attend The Turkish Premiere At Golden Orange
“Obsessions,” the Turkish film adaptation of the record-breaking play “Toc Toc,” is making its Turkish premiere at the Golden Orange. The film’s special screening will be attended by the writer of the script, Laurent Buffie.
The 61st International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival is hosting the Turkish adaptation of a text that has reached hundreds of thousands of people for years in its Special Screening program, with the participation of the author of the text. French writer, director and comedian Laurent Baffie will be at the Golden Orange with “Obsessions” adapted from the play “Toc Toc”.
The film is about the adventures experienced by six different people with obsessive compulsive disorder when their appointments with a famous psychiatrist conflict and the doctor is not around.
The film, which will meet the audience with the participation of the team at the Atatürk Cultural Center Aspendos Hall on Tuesday, October 8th at 21:15, will also have a Q&A session after the screening. The cast of the film, directed by Yunus Nihat Özcan, includes Çiçek Dilligil, Özge Özberk, Zafer Algöz, Seda Bakan, Ecem Erkek, Sarp Akkaya and Bora Akkaş.
Buffie’s text has previously reached over 1.5 million viewers in more than 2,500 performances in Argentina and Mexico.
