Umut (35) is an actor who longs to transition to the big screen. His wife, Asiye (43), directs for the private theater company they co-founded. Following the death of Umut’s father, his mother married a man with three children, and Umut was sent to live with his uncle in Bursa. During the 20 years since, he has had no contact with his mother. When she comes to Bursa to have treatment for MS, Umut has to take care of his mother and, while at the hospital, finds out by chance that Asiye is pregnant. The news triggers a massive crisis for Umut as he doesn’t want children. Asiye disappears without taking her bag or her phone. As years of suppressed feelings bubble to the surface, Umut finds himself having a big showdown with his mother.
